As well as being the Creative Partner at salonshades, managing the business and staff Nikki provides creative direction, style and leadership.
Nikki loves to get creative in every aspect of hairdressing. From ladies and men's cutting and styling, extensions to add length and thickness, colour, creative and corrective colouring, to make overs including hair up and make up for weddings or any special occasion, any day of the week.
Nikki also really enjoys her work with Racoon International Artistic Team as it's inspirational and creative and says:
"I am honored to work alongside big names such as Andrew Barton from 10 years younger, Tracey Devine and Nick Malenco"
As part of The Racoon International Artists Team, Nikki has taken part in styling for shows such as "So would you dump me now" Worked on many Photo shoots for magazines as well as done hair for celebrities such as Natasha Hamillton. Nikki enjoys working with and finds Stephen Messia Creative Director truly inspirational! Nikki said "When Stephen works with hair it's magical" ...
More recently Nikki has become an ambassador for Fudge Professional and has been backstage at the London Fashion Week, as well as styling hair at the last three sessions at The National Wedding Show.

She has kept her entheusiasm alive by making sure she surrounds herself and remains influenced by a young entheusiastic and talented team.

Hi I'm Bec. I've been part of SalonShades since 2011.

I find weddings such a beautiful and thrilling part of my job - making the bride and her wedding party look and feel so sensational really makes me appreciate being a hairdresser.'
